A gentle April evening unfolded in Visakhapatnam as I arrived at Gadiraju Palace, a grand estate resting peacefully beside the calming waves of Lawson’s Bay. The warm coastal breeze carried hints of summer, while the sun began its soft descent across the horizon. There, I met the radiant Meghana and the cheerful Srikanth preparing for their Telugu wedding—both exuding an effortless, joyful calm as they stepped into one of the most important moments of their lives
Lane & Benjamin’s Dream Destination Wedding at the Majestic Samode Palace, Rajasthan
The winter morning carried a cheerful glow as we arrived for Lane and Benjamin’s two-day destination celebration. Our hearts brimmed with excitement entering the earthy charm of Samode village, the gateway to the grandeur of Samode Palace. The festivities had begun the previous day, with a vibrant mehendi, an energetic sangeet, and a spirited cocktail evening—beautifully setting the stage for this regal Rajasthani wedding. Today, the palace came to life in a blaze of yellow, signalling Len and Ben’s spirited haldi ceremony. Marigold trails paired with fresh white mogras adorned every corner, cascading from walls and branches alike. Amid the songs, laughter, and dancing, the loving couple sat surrounded by warm blessings and heartfelt wishes.
